Responsibilities
- Handle import and export freight forwarding operations end-to-end
- Process shipment bookings with carriers and coordinate with overseas agents
- Prepare and verify bills of lading, commercial invoices, and related shipping documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Update and maintain the customer management system with accurate shipment data
- Assist supervisors with ad-hoc tasks and support during peak seasons
Requirements
- Prior experience in maritime freight forwarding or shipping is preferred
- Basic English reading and writing proficiency (for shipping documents)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Handle inbound business inquiries and provide logistics service consultation
- Conduct regular client visits to understand shipping needs and present solutions
- Assess preliminary shipping requests and coordinate with operations for accurate quotations
- Manage and resolve service issues throughout the shipment lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development within shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a client portfolio independently
- Good command of Mandarin; English communication skills are a plus
