Document Customer Service Specialist
The main job duties are as follows :
1. Handling import/export operations such as booking shipments and preparing bills of lading.
2. Communicating and coordinating with clients on all import/export shipping matters.
3. Assisting supervisors with assigned tasks and business matters.
4. Maintaining and updating the customer management system.
5. Possessing experience in shipping operations (OP/CS) within maritime freight forwarding.
6. Basic proficiency in English.
7.Flexibility to work overtime when necessary (e.g., end-of-week closures or before consecutive holidays).
Sales Executive
The main job duties are as follows :
1. Regularly visiting clients to maintain and strengthen long-term relationships.
2. Managing business inquiries and handling orders.
3. Conducting preliminary assessment and evaluation of client requests.
4. Providing consultation and resolving issues arising during the service process.
5. Possessing experience in sales and marketing within the shipping or freight forwarding industry.
